June 6, 2011

Well ok - four of us are transitioning to maintenance tomorrow.  Whew!  I stayed the same today, which is good coming off the drops.  :)  I did want to share a recipe that I love that is good for those of you who grill.  If you take a whole, big vidalia onion and some heavy duty aluminum foil, make a boat with the foil, peel and dice the onion, place about 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken stock in the bottom of the boat, sprinkle with sea salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning, then place on a hot grill and close the edges to the boat. Leave on grill about 10 min while meat is cooking, shake once or twice while on grill and serve hot with grilled meat as your veggie.  YUM!!!

Tomorrow, let's have our first team transitioning to maintenance record their final weight for the 6 weeks.  One more weigh-in on Phase 2.   :)

Praying that God grant you courage to never settle for a lack of health, but the tenacity to fight for the temple of the Holy Spirit.   We fight for health for us and our families.  :)

Much love - PK
