My body is finally moving again after holding for days coming off the lasix. :)
I talked with one of our phase four people yesterday and she is really eating quite a lot and has stayed within a pound of her final, phase 2 weigh in. Then, another one who is on phase four is eating low carb yogurt, sugar free bread for sandwiches daily, and baked veggies as chips. LOVES her new life. One of our maintenance people made baked apples with cinnamon, heavy whipping cream with truvia and ate together for a dessert. OMGoodness - can you say life-long options. :) Real, whole food just the way we were designed to eat. We can do this......together.......one day at a time.
