GOOD morning - whew!   Back from camp.   Well the first group is almost one week into Phase 3 and doing good.   Those of you on Phase 2, shortly you will be transitioning too.   The time flies by!  While at camp, I was good with water and food - really proud.   Camp has been one of those times to eat candy with the kids and drink sodas.  NOT!  I had water and fruit.  :)   PTL!

I had gained 1.6 pounds on Wednesday, down 1.4 on Thursday and back to my final weigh in from Phase 2 this morning.   In Phase 3, it takes up to three weeks to stabilize.  Our bodies are trying to find their "new normal."   How is everybody doing?  Any new "tricks" to share with the team.   Praying for our health and prosperity in all areas this day.  Much love, PK
