Good morning to all,

I am SO glad to see the sun shining this morning! The light brings energy - it says JOY and hope to many who suffer from depression. It lifts spirits, it dispels darkness, it makes clear those things hidden in the night. (it's early and already I am preaching. I am believing God for more opportunities this year to do just that.) :)

What do we do on the last day of this year together as a family? We look back and thank God that we are not where we were at the beginning of 2011. The number 11 is a number bound with chaos and disorder. For many of us - that is exactly how this year has played out. However, the number 12, from a biblical perspective, is a very stabilizing number - a number of order and structure - a number that brings chaos into it's place. Can somebody say "amen?" I really believe that we, like the children of Israel in the 10 plagues of Egypt, will begin to experience something different in our "land of Goshen" as God continues to deliver the "plagues" that will bring about the end of time. This year will be a time when many of us will see things we've prayed about and held close to our hearts manifest. Those loved ones are coming to salvation, we are leaving the place of slavery with gold in our hands and we are moving to our place of abundance this year.

Let's thank God that he brought us together as a group of trends-setters - "being healthy is NOT a fad - it's a choice and we choose LIFE." We choose what we consume. We learned this year that freedom is something to fight for. We learned that refueling is a better choice of words than eating - because really it takes less fanfare to simply refuel our cells. We are not driven to plan the next extravagant meal - we simply refuel our cells and they provide us with a healthy life style which allows us to be used by God in a better way. We don't choose over eating, we don't choose disease and depression, we don't choose excuses and hiding our weaknesses as we drive through and grab another cheeseburger. We CHOOSE LIFE! We choose to create a healthy home for the Holy Spirit and we CHOOSE to live our lives to their fullest.

I thank you for choosing to walk with me - I really believe I could not have made it this year without each of you. You are truly a gift to me!
